1 Who is sister Ventures?
Sister Ventures is a online travel agency that curates & host International and Domestic travel for black women.
2 What are your business hours?
Sister ventures hours are 24/7 via e-mail and by phone Monday-Thursday 12-6pm & Friday & Saturday 12-4p weekly.
3 Is Sister Ventures a women's only group?
Sister Ventures caters mainly to women. However, we do conduct tours that include the gents as well. Those tours are considered co-ed and are noted on each trip.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

1 Are you insured?
Sister Ventures is Insured, Bonded, and Accredited by IATA
2 What payments are accepted?
Payments are accepted through our online system. Credit and debit cards only. We do not accept personal checks.
3When is my payment due?
Your payments are due every month. If you need an extension, please e mail us at info@sisterventures2.com. If you miss more than 60 days on your invoice, your trip will be canceled. A reinstatement fee will apply.
4 Do you provide refunds?
No. There are no refunds or transfers. We understand that things may happen beyond your control so we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. Each traveler is required to accept our Terms & Conditions before finalizing the reservation.

RESERVATION QUESTIONS

1 How do I make reservations?
You can reserve any experience online on our website.
2What happens after I make a reservation?
After you have confirmed your tour and your deposit has been made. You will receive a welcome letter email and a copy of our terms and conditions. You will receive an e mail with your account log in information so that you are able to log in and see your invoice(s) on your own.
3 How do you make monthly payments?
Payments are on automatic withdrawal each month. If at any time you miss a payment or need to change your payment details, you can go to the "account login" link in the top right corner on our website, log in and make your payment manually.
4 What if I need a roommate?
Each trip will indicate if roommate matching is available. This option is only available on select tours. Once you make your deposit and confirm your reservation, you will receive an intake form where you can request a roommate. When available, we will then match you with a like minded traveler for your experience. Roommates are matched 120 days prior to your trip.
5 What happens if my roommate match cancels?
In the event your roommate matched sister cancels, we will try our very best to match you with another individual. For all others, if your roommate cancels and another roommate is not secured, your account will automatically be adjusted to single occupancy pricing.
6 When will I receive the itinerary for the trip?
Our itineraries are released via email, 30-45 days before the tour.
